-A final decision has now been made in respect of the purchase of Group Shirts. A photo is attached.
Although more expensive the quality is superior. The cost will be £25.00. To each person the cost will be £15.00 per shirt and the Group will subsidise to the value of £10.00 per shirt. This cost covers all orders up to XXL. There will be an addition cost for larger sizes.
It is imperative therefore that, to protect Group funds, that the ordering is closely monitored to prevent us ending up with a stock of shirts nobody wants. All those intending to order a shirt must notify me as to requirement, including size and forward these details to me together with a cheque for the required amount. I will then submit the order knowing that that we will not end up with unwanted stock. As a guide if you have a County shirt Group shirts are of a compatible size therefore, for example, if you have an extra large County shirt an extra large Group shirt will be the same fit.
Everyone is reminded that it has been agreed that to represent the Group in any of the three competitions a Group shirt is compulsory.
